We are having a problem with a new ml-530. It does not want to recognize a new hd we replaced into the array. We tried a new scsi cable, back-plane, scsi card, hd etc. When we try another hd in the particluar slot, it also fails. We also ran the compaq config utility after the modifications. When the server boots, all the drives are scanned, but this particular drive fails with a error 1028. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
