Hi. I buy this server from second hand and has error, server is still under warranty (till nov 2014)
I think (in fact I know) person who was sell that to me, got less knowlage about computers like my granma, there is main reason why he sell that server.
So here we go again, even I dont know much about HP servers, especially notthesenewer models, and I dont got any idea how this warranty service work, maybe I even lost warranty idk.
OK. long story short. My server got 4 banks of RAM, two is PC3-10600R from HP and two is 666.7 MHz (PC3-10600) from kingston, I test both in my machine and that kingston work OK. (is in the machine what use this moment)
Thos wtwo from HP wont work on my testimg machine, but thats even not inportant, but must say to anyone can see the situation.
Okay, when I start server with one or another pair of RAM, allways same situation, all go OK. than just start beeping, is constant beep beep beep (no code beep) and all led's on the monitor is orange like on attached picture, and no matter if is RAM present or not, allways same.
but I noticed one I think inportant thing, that battery bank or how it called is missing.
I susspect that is reason why server wont work ?
