I have the G4 slid 3/4 of the way out of the rack and it's stuck in this position. It won't go forward or backward. There are two small levers/switches at the front of the rails on both sides that move forward and backward but these seem to have no affect. Anyone know what I should be looking for?
I also have a G2 in the same rack but those rails have very clearly marked slides and levers that make removing it a breeze. The G4? Not so much.
