We are having issues when we are trying to update the firmware on a new DL360p G8 via the Intelligent Provisioning. The system will sit at 'Retrieving data, this may take a few minutes...' and goes no further. We have left this for around two hours with no changes. We have updated the IP software to release 1.60 via optical media. We have also tried this routine with the 8GB SD removed as well as installed, as we did find a couple of other posts that says this may cause an issue.
Can anybody suggest what else we could try, or what the issue may be?
