Update firmware of p800 controller in a dl380 g7 , efi shell ?

Hi,

I have the above p800 controller in a dl380 g7 attached to an msa60. But I need to update the p800 firmware. The instructions say I have to do it from an efi she'll.

How do I get to the efi shell on the dl380 g7 or is there another way to update the p800 firmware ?
