P410i 5.06 Online update HP website download failure

For days I've been unable to download part 1 the P410i 5.06 Windows online firmware update from the HP support web site. I've tried it from multiple computers on multiple networks. Other updates have downloaded perfectly fine, so the issue is isolated to this one download.
