We have an HP Proliant 380p server with 5 HDD of type (10K SAS 300 GB).
The first two are configured as Raid 1,
The remaining three are configured as Raid 5
We got a HD failure indicator, and we are wondering what should be done:

To my understanding, we should get a SAS disk with the same specs, and we should only replace the failed disk and our job is done. Is that right?
Is my understanding correct?
Any advice is highly appreaciated.
