Hi sir/Madam
we have dl380 g7 server , all of this server's fans is stop and we have 1610 fan failure for all fan at first time that server booting and after 5s server be shutdown. we chang all fans with new fans but our problem didnt solve. and we tried for update firmware but we can not boot usb or dvd becouse in the first time of loading server , server be shutdown. we tried to update firmware frome ilo . BUT we havent ilo ip address , and we can not chang ilo , and we can not login to ilo.
please help me abut this problem.
