Am attempting to download recently released HP Service Pack for ProLiant SPP2015030.2015_0317.7.iso
I have signed in using HP Passport and have checked that HP Passport has my under warranty server listed as "under warranty"
When I click the "Obtain software" option I get:
"Access to the kiosk product denied. Product number is wrong."
I have attempted to navigate to my Product ID 666532-B21 for "DL360P gen8 server" and get this response:
"The product you selected, HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 Server, is not supported in United States or is not a valid product. Please visit Support and Troubleshooting for a list of products supported in this country."
The product ID is correct. I have been regularly downloading drivers for this server for which "Entitlement Required" restriction applies without issue. HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 Server is most definitely a valid product supported in United States.
