DL385 G6 server Bios type and flashing cards

Hi,

I would like to flash the chip on an IBM ServeRaid card m1015 so I can build a large FreeNAS disk array with the server.  To achieve this I need to understand if the server has a UEFI BIOS and how I can enter a shell environment in the BIOS, if possible.
