Issue download SPP 2015.04

Hi,

We bought an HP HP DL360p Gen8 E5-2640 Base EU Reman Svr, I've linked the warranty with my ID and i can see it on the Support Center:

But everytime I try to download the 2015 SPP ISO, browser says I must have an active warranty. Login done, different browser done, different line done, where I'm wrong? I'm missing something maybe...
