Hi all,
I raise this question because I have 1 HP Proliant Server DL380G7 designated for testing prupose. The host OS is Windows Server 2012R2 with VMWare Workstation 11 and run several VM. I am looking for acceration solution since each VM takes too much I/O but I cannot affort SAS SSD as budget reason. Can I install a HP Turbo Z Drive card on the server and move temp/swap file on it. The card costs much less then server grade SAS SSD and I don't know if I can use a general SATA SSD and maintenacne issue.
