Windows Server 2012 R2 : Licensing Compliance Popup Message

Hello,

I have a windows server 2012 R2 (OEM on a HP ProLiant ML310e Gen8v2).
It is the only domain controller, DHCP server, DNS server and print server of the network.
It keep seeing a popup message similar to the following:

The server did not finish checking the license compliance. If the server is joined to a domain, make sure that the server can connect to a domain controller.

The message may also indicate that the server will shut down after a certain length of time if the problem is not resolved.

Can anyone help me resolve this?
