DL 385 G6 NetXen NX3031 10Gbps Flash update

Hello

I have a DL 385 G6 with a dualport NetXen NX3031 10Gbps network adapter.

The server was running on Open Suse 11.4 for some years as a Xen host.

Now I want to update to a newer operating system.

But if I want to enable the NetXen kernel module i get the following error:

Flash fw[4.0.406] is < min fw supported[4.0.505]. Please update firmware on flash

At the moment I run Suse Linux Enterprise Server 11 patchlavel 3 and if I want to update the firmware with nxflash I get the following:

Could not find the NetXen Xport Driver

Is there any aproach to this?
