How install HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331FLR Adapter on DL 580 G8

We want install HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331FLR Adapter on DL 580 G8.I added a picture for understand case.After install I have gap between end of server and Ethernet 1Gb 4-port.

How is correct install this Ethernet?
