Install HP array configuration utility on CentOS 5.8

Hi

I want to install hpacucli-9.40-12.0.x86_64.rpm on the system below and I'm enquiring whether the installation of the package will require restart of the server. Its a production server and don't want to restart it.

System model: HP Proliant ML350 G6
OS: CentOS 5.8 (Final) Kernel 2.6.18-308.1.1.e15 on an x86_64
Install cmd: rpm -i hpacucli-9.40-12.0.x86_64.rpm //after copying it to the server
