Cannot install Firmware for HP EF0600FARNA harddisk

Hello,

i have a server proliant ml350 g6 with hp array 410i.

the smh reports an error with the firmware of my harddisk.

disk1: HP EF0600FARNA Firmware: HPD2

disk2: HP EF0600FATFF Firmware: HPD2

When I try this firmware:

RECOMMENDED * Online ROM Flash Component for Windows - EF0300FARMU, EF0450FARMV, EF0600FARNA drives

error:

The software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the software/firmware doesn't apply to this system.  
There were no devices found that could be loaded with the ROM Image.

What can I do, because I thing that this is the correct software?

is the problem from the fact, that i have two different types of harddisk?
