RAID5 DL380

Hello,
I have a problem with a HP Proliant DL380 G6 Server.
I have a RAID5 with 6 disks, and one of them is corrupt.
If I restart the server I get when booting the question:
Select F1 to continue with logical drive (s) disabled
Select F2 to accept data loss and re-enable logical drive (s)

Now my question is, if I insert the new disk instead of the corrupt should then reset the RAID, or is a block abnormal and it is preferable to rely on companies that analyze it causes the block?
I have no recent backup and I can not risk the loss of that data.
Many Thanks,
Massimo
