Free VSA with purchase of ProLiant server

Anyone knows anything about this promo?

At the bottom of the page, it says you get 1TB of VSA for free with a purchase of an HP. That's not the 60-day trial VSA, right?  If so, how is one to order an HP and get the full version of VSA?
