DL380 G4 cannot get into iLO during post or access it via LAN

Hello.

I have a problem with iLO (2 I think). When I start my DL380 G4 there is no message to press F8 to get into iLO settings during post. Neither I can access it via LAN even trough iLO port has link.

Is it possible to somehow disable iLO? Is there a way to reset to factory defaults? Do you know how to get into iLO settings on the machine?
