Good Day
I am currently having problems with an HP Proliant DL180 G6 server, This server uses Windows Server 2012 R2 as the operating system and has 2 hard drives configured for mirroring, more than a week ago, due to strong electrical variations, the system hard drives were damaged , these were replaced by disks of the same capacity, We tried to start the system restoration using the latest system backup but for some reason the Windows Server 2012 R2 installer disk does not work, it shows the white file loading bar, then appears the blue windows logo, after a few seconds the screen turns black and approximately 2 seconds later the blue screen appears with the message "Your PC ran into a problem and need to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. " we know that the problem is not the DVD since we use several burned in different places apart from the fact that the installation starts properly on other PCs, all the diagnoses indicate that there are no problems with the hardware and also we tried with an earlier version of windows the which is installed without any problem (Windows Server 2008 R2 x64), we also know that hard drives have no problems since they are new and all the diagnoses indicate that they are fine, we are quite confused by this behavior of the server and we have not been able to solve it, We would be very grateful if you can give us an answer that solve this problem since all the administrative processes of the company have been detained for 10 days.
