HPE pense-t-il à ses clients ?

Bonjour,

Cela fait plus de trois (3)  jours que je tente d'obtenir un patch pour regler un problème sur une carte HBA.

Entre les procédures internes à HP qui veulent vous faire lier des contrats sur des éléments dont vous n'avez aucune information, des liens de téléchargements temporaires et des débits de serveurs anémiques.

Je ne sais pas où est passée la notion de service client (je ne parle même pas de satisfaction à ce niveau),

mais à part nous faire tourner en rond.

Dans HPE, il y a un "E" qui est à priori destiné aux Entreprises (ou Etablissements professionnels),

pour l'instant cette destination est plus que virtuelle.

Y a-t-il d'autres clients qui subissent cette mésaventure ?

Per the attached images, I have two questions.  Can some one tell me what raid system/array I have set up on this server. The server has three 8 gig hard drives. I want to make sure the primary drive is being constantly mirrored and if it fails, the mirrored drive with immediately take over.  The other question I have is that I constantly have to go into configuration set up every time the system is turned on to set up the clock, etc.  Does this mean that the CMOS battery needs to be replaced on the mother board and if so, where is it and what is the replacement battery. Thanks

We are trying to update firmware (SPP) using smartcli,

We are able to update firmware using Rest API. but when we are trying via smartcli we are not able to update fully we are facing bellow error,

SPP 2018-06 will not install on OES 2018

Can not get SPP 2018-06 to install on OES 2018, that is based on SLES 12 SP 2 with the GUI install.     The error I get is "cannot perform the operation now,  Reason: Failed to retrieve OS details for Remote Node:"

Hello,

I have a HP ProLiant DL360 Gen10, Product ID: 875840-425 after installing Windows Server 2016 OS through the Intelligent Provisioning, the HP ProLiant Array Configuration Utility software has not been installed.
How can i install all HP software, from where? Why did not they installed automatically?
If I try to update firmware "Intelligent Provisioning Images for Manufacturing" is stuck in "Submit Jobs".
Any advice?

HP Gen10 Servers -System Management Homepage??

I support around 50 HP servers from Gen6 up to Gen9 and we've always used the HP Array Configuration Utility and System Management Homepage to check system health etc, but I know how understand this isn't compatible with Gen10.

We have the Smart Storage Adminsitrator installed however what software should we be using to check the server health? This is on HP ML110 Gen10 and HP Microserver Gen10 (using Marvell Storage Utility).

I've tried running the HP Proliant Support Pack 2018-03 and Insight Manager but neither seem to give me the information I require so any assistance would be gratefully received!

Hard reboot steps for HPE ProLiant DL380 Generation 9

Hello Team,

A customer of ours rebooted the HPE ProLiant DL380 Generation 9 server using the command reboot. After checkign later, we found that all the LED status button in the back are showing green. However, we are not able to ssh to the server and we also tried to physicall connect a monitor to the server but it shows blank. It seems the only option we have now is to do a hard reboot. Unfortunately also we don't have ILO configured and also UID is off. please share with us steps for hard reboot of HPE ProLiant DL380 Generation 9.

ML350p G8 - Fans Running 100% almost all the time

So i have 2 x ML350p G8's - 1 of them has started to run ALL Fan's at full rate very very frequently (like running constantly with only a break of approx 4/5 mins, the slow down break is only approx 1min)

I am a complete newbie when it comes to stuff like and this and these servers so dont even know anything about iLO - so any help would be much appriciated.

I'm not even sure where or how to check logs

 I have a DL180 G6  i got of ebay for a upgrade to my home sever but i cant find drivers for win 7 pro and linxmint cant find the ethernet drivers.

Would anyone know what is the maximum current that the system fan headers are capable of providing?  We have an old ML150 G6.  The current system fan is rated at 3.24A at 12V.  But it broke.  Will have to wait a couple of weeks for replacement to arrive here in the Philippines.  Can I use a 4.0A fan temporarily?

I have many missing drivers on the device manager (other devices) on our DL380Gen10

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_203A&CC_0880
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2038&CC_0880
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_203D&CC_0880
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A1A0&CC_0580
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2037&CC_1101
...

The Service Pack 2018.06 did not find any drivers for above devices.

Any help will be appropriate.

Good evening to everyone. I am reconfiguring the server in question is not being able to install it with the intelligent provisioning due to the native controller, I used the installation cd of win srv 2016 and loaded the controller drivers from usb. after the installation of the operating system there are many unrecognized peripherals, including the network card. I tried to install the drivers on the site without success. Do you have any suggestions about it? Thanks in advance.
