Hi,
i'm having two inventory problems in HP SUM 7.10:
1. Nodes with any version of windows 2003 OS after inventory i get an error: " Unable to start hpsumservice engine on node %2.", when trying to start manually hpsum_service on server i'm getting an error: " error 1053 the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".
2. some of my linux nodes work fine but in some of them i'm getting error after inventory: " Error: The specified Remote node's hpsumservice has failed to communicate to Host Node. Resolution: Please check http/s route exist between both nodes."
please advise if you know how to solve this problem.
