Hp P400 only 30mb/sec

I've had a terrible time with this. I have an HP p400. It started with 256mb cache but I upgraded to 512mb with bbwc and got nothing out of it, I was still maxing out at 10mb/sec.

I finally found the acu cli for server 2012 and enabled bbwc and disk write cache.

I found a thread that had lots of great suggestions here:

I tried them all, and got myself up to 30mb/sec.

I have 2 arrays, with 4 drives each. The first array is 4x 10k 72gb sas and the second array is 4x 180gb intel 520 ssd's. Both arrays are getting 30mb/sec max now.

I read of people getting great speeds once these are "fixed" but I'm just not seeing how to get "fixed".
