Hello,
We have 2 new HP DL360 Gen9 to configure and with one of them it is impossible to launch the HP Smart Storage Administrator.
When the server boots up, I select F9, go to the RAID Controller menu and select 'Exit and launch HP Smart Storage Administrator (HPSSA)' but nothing happen.
The menu is frozen for a few seconds and the HPSSA doesn't start.
If I start the server and boot from the HP SPP, I can launch the HPSSA.
We have already swapped the smart array controller with the second server, we have forced the deployment of all the firmware but that doesn't solve the problem.
Can you tell me how I can correct this ?
