Tracking down original configs for old servers

Is there some reference point online here where I can punch in a serial number of an old server (in my case, I have 8 old ProLiant AMD-based servers) and get the original config?

I know another hardware vendor has this available on their support area.

The only other option I'm going to have is firing these things up.
