SUM 8.4.5 was released together with the latest SPP (2019.09):
Release Summary:
The 2019.09.0 SPP Production release contains components supporting the ProLiant and Apollo Gen9 and Gen10 server platforms and options. For Synergy, please review the information at www.hpe.com/downloads/synergy.
The 2019.09.0 SPP Production release provides support for:
- VMware ESXi 6.5 U3
- VMware ESXi 6.7 U3, U2
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, 7.7
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP1
- Smart Update Manager 8.4.5
This SPP 2019.09.0 release supersedes the SPP 2019.03.1.

This version includes a fix for a problem we are experiencing.
Unfortunately, version 8.4.5 is not yet available as an RPM package within the RPM repository or on the download website.
Can you please provide the RPM version?
