Problem in ML350 G4p and SATA

(My english is far from good)

I have a ML350 G4p with a SmartArray 641 SCSI RAID controller and I need to conect a 250 Gbytes SATA disk to the Onboard SATA Controller, but the disk is not detected in BIOS nor in OS.

Does anybody now if there is any limitant with these configuration
