SPP2017.07.02_1 - failing to install components

Trying to run the SPP2017.07.02_1 and receiving multiple Component Errors/Warnings for almost every Windows package in the SPP simialr to below.

Component not signed HPE Storage Fibre Channel Adapter Kit for the QLogic Storport Driver for Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2 Driver Recommended 9.2.4.21

Some are missing COMPSIG files, most are not.

About the only thing I see is that the SHA256 digital signature for the EXE is out-of-date.

I did a downlaod of the CP above just today and the SHA256 digital signature is also out-of-date.

Any assistance greatly appreciated. Can only update to SPP2017.04.0 currently.

Hello,

I have two standalone HP ProLiant DL360 G7 which are running the ESXI 6.0. They are both running the HP Offline Bundle Image.

I want to be able to check the servers hardware health via the browser. If I could setup some alerts in case of a hardware issue that would be nice as well. I guess what I am looking for is the HP System Insight Manager for ESXi 6.0. I am not sure that is what I need since I am not that familiar with HP servers. However, I spent now several hours trying to find the download page where I can find the install files. I already downloaded the HP Insight Management 7.6 and HPE OneView for VMware vCenter 8.3 DVDs but the agent install files dont seem to be in there either. I am also trying to find some documentation on how to perform the installation but that hasnt been turned out very well as well.

Can someone please point me into the right direction. Where can I find the install files and where can I find some information on how to install that agent.

i am trying to connect to my proliant ml350 g6 through the ilo2 port. I installed the iced-tea java firefox browser plugin because i am on debian stretch so i have to use the java version of the remote console program but it won't load. it says: The remote console feature requires a Java Virtual Machine. Click here to download a JVM. Download it now if the Remote Console is not displayed below.

As you can see, the link is dead, as it points to this page: http://www.hp.com/servers/manage/jvm.

using internet explorer is not an option for me as I have no windows installation and frankly internet explorer is very outdated and shouldn't be used anymore I think. How do I use the remote console?

Looking for a location that has Driver downloads for the HP N40L Microserver.

Recently had to re-install Windows 10 and will not detect Network card (Broadcom?) to finish install/update.

Possibly need to install more than NIC driver so a location for all driver downloads would be appreciated.

I am looking at potentially recommending a client the HPE ProLiantDL180 Gen9 (MFG part number 860134-S01). The owner wants 2 seperate raid arrays. Raid 1 to mirror Windows Server 2016 Essentials and a raid 5 array for storage. I cant seem to find out online if this one supports 2 seperate raid arrays or if its possible to have 2 arrays going at once in the server. Any help is appreciated.

I have tried to install using ISO RHEL 7.3 and 7.4 on DL 380 Gen 10, but it was fail, installation was stop at message "pstore : Registered erst as persistent store backend"

Please advise, is there something need to be enable from BIOS Side ? or do I need additional loaded driver. ? this something new for me, never facing insallation issue on Gen 7, 8 and 9

We have requirement to extract Hardware information for below HPE Server.

1. ProLiant DL580 G7

2. ProLiant DL380 G7

3. ProLiant DL580 Gen9

Hardware information should contain Top level container, Shelf, Cards, Ports , logical Ports, Port Channel, Link & VLAN . I

would like to know if it can be done by logging to HP ILO Port and running some script, I am new to HP device and very limited knowledge so if you have any other option, please share.

Hi All,

I have download the HPE custom for ESXi 6, when i going to install it on my DL380p G8 which installed with a 331FLR (629135-B21), it shows ” No network adapters were detected. Either no network adapters are physically connected to the system, or a suitable driver could not be located. A third party driver may be required. ”

Can anyone share me the solution?

on the right side of the motherboard, next to the P410i cache socket and directly under the HP logo is a series of LEDs labeled 0-7 and there appears to be ZERO documentation on what those LEDs mean and/or indicate.

Does anyone have that documentation?
