DL360 G7 P410i controller options
I am trying to revive an old DL360 G7 server I have, I have installed 2 Samsung 860 pro dives and as expected I am getting terrible read/write performance.
Does anyone have any recommendation on replacing the P410i for something that will give better performance?

HP Proliant ML10 v2 - Graphics Card Install
Hi evryone, thanks in advance for looking
I'm trying to intall an ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 graphics card in my ML10 v2 but it won't boot. It gets to the stage where it's initialising the BIOS and then it just stops.
Do I need to configure the BIOS or some other settigs before the server will accept the new card?

ML30 Gen10 with Raidctrl S100i and Installation CentOS 7.x 1810
Hi, I have a ML30 with the S100i arraycontroller with 2 Disks (1TB) for Raid1. I did create the Raid1 with the Array Controller software in the provisioning menu. After booting with of CentOS7x from USB, under Device Selection I can see both Disks, not the logical Lun. What I need is Raid1 Hardware or Software based...
How can I do this?

How to transfer a file from Host to my Windows desktop through ILO 5 on DL380?
Hi
We have a DL380 Gen10 with ILO 5m, running RHEL 7 OS.
We do NOT have Network access to this server but only through ILO.
I am able to transfer files from my Windows desktop to HP RHEL 7 through virtual media. But Can't figure how to do reverse way. In other words, I have a file on my RHEL Server and need to transfer to my Windows desktop (where I connected to ILO console using Browser)?

MicroServer Gen 8 embedded SD failure
Morning all sorry if this has been answered before. My server has the iLO NAND failure, I have tried updating the firmware and several format attempts but isn’t working. I want to set up a RAID 1 array, is there any way of doing this without Inteligent Provisioning? Or is the motherboard only good for the bin?

hp ssd ex950 m.2 nvme on proliant ML30 G10
Hi everybody,
I tried to install an HP SSD EX950 M.2 1TB on a Proliant ML30 Gen10, update the server bios at the last version may 2019 but the server don't recognize the disk at full capacity, onyl 1024MB.
Anyone have an idea ? is not compatible ?

I have DL380 Gen10 server updated to latest SPP .9/2109.
the server crashed many times with with no specific HW failure only BIOS degraded note!! and the next IML messages, even I dont know where is that slot 255?? which have the issues?

- Contrôleur DL 360 Gen 5 E200I 2X146 GB SAS
- Contrôleur DL 360 Gen 5 P4 00i 2X146 GB SAS
Je remplace les disques par SATA 7200tr / m
J'ai regarder de nombreux sites, tous les monde se contredit ...
Au final je ne sais pas quel disque dur SATA peut aller dedans ...
500 Go / 1to / 2to / .... SSD?

I replace the drives by SATA 7200tr / m
I look at many sites, everyone contradicts itself ...
In the end I do not know what SATA hard drive can go in ...
500 GB / 1to / 2to / .... SSD?

Intelligent Provisioning - Install Windows Server Core on Micro SD
Hello together,
is there anybody who has installed a operating system on a Micro SD with intelligent provisioning on Gen10-Server?
We have here a ML350 G10, System ROM U41 v2.16, Smart Array P408i-a SR Gen10, intelligent provisioning 3.31.
iLo 5 (v1.46) shows microSD Flash Memory Card Present 29.90 GB, Intelligent provisioning - Operating System Installation - ask for Controller and Disk. There is noway to select HP SD Card as target.

HP ILO4 not able to connect
i have c7000 chassis where i have 2 460C G9 server, From whih i able to connect the ILO4 and then Integrated remote console for server1.
But for another server2, I could connect with the remote console of ilo4 without any problem,I connect to the remote console of ilo4 but in the java window after the word "connected", at the bottom left, after a few seconds I see the words "no video", and I can not interact with the system ,
Please suggest, can it be away after the server reboot,

After installing the Service Pack for ProLiant and update to the latest BIOS (* RECOMMENDED * Online ROM Flash Component for Windows x64 - HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 (U30) Servers ),the fan 4,5,6 still run at almost full speed (94%) all the time

While the tempeture still at below 60C I don't think there is a reson for the fan to run at such high speed.

DL360 G7 Win 2003 installation
Hello, as I wrote, I would like to install Windows 2003 on DL360 G7 but the installer says there is no HDD on my system.
I know I have to start the installer with some HP CD to configure the Smart Array, but I dont have this CD. Is this softwase available on the HPE website?
Can I get the link?

It makes much more noise (VERY noticable), than my DL380 Gen 9 server. Is this normal?

Ordered a DL360 Gen10 with 4 x LFF Bays but have 2.5" drives.
Hi there,
We incorrectly ordered a DL360 Gen10 with 4xLFF bays: P03635-B21
Thinking it was an SFF form factor, we ordered:
3x: 872479-B21 1.2TB SAS 2.5"
2x: P04474-B21 480GB SSDs 2.5"
Is there a conversion kit or a way to modify the 4xLFF bay server to accomodate SFF drives? The server did not come with the drives pre-installed if that makes any difference.
